Venna Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Venna (“Venna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit [www.ridevenna.com] (the “Site”), join our mailing list, submit an inquiry, reserve or purchase a motorcycle or related products, attend an event, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Contact and account information, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, username, and password so we can send you killer stuff.
- Order, reservation, and transaction information, including products or motorcycles you express interest in, reservation or deposit details, billing and shipping information, transaction history, and related communications.
- Marketing preferences and communications, including newsletter preferences, survey responses, and messages you send us. How else can we say “hi”?
- Device and online activity information, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, approximate location inferred from IP address, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Event and community information, including RSVPs, attendance, riding interests, and photographs or video captured at Venna events when permitted by law.
Please do not send sensitive personal information—such as government identification numbers, health information, or precise location—unless we specifically ask for it.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate and improve the Services; respond to inquiries; process reservations, deposits, purchases, returns, deliveries, and related communications; send service and account messages; send marketing communications in accordance with your choices; understand Site performance and campaign effectiveness; prevent fraud and protect our Services; and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep the Site working, understand traffic, and measure marketing performance. You can generally control cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect Site functionality. We really do recommend that you control your cookies. It’s hard to throw sick whips with a cookie gut. Doughnuts do not have to be controlled. They’re to damn good.
If Venna uses advertising or analytics technologies that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism, including honoring applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals where required. Promise.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that support our Site, payments, communications, fulfillment, customer support, analytics, and business operations; professional advisers and authorities where necessary for legal or security purposes; parties involved in a financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale; and others when you direct us to do so or when required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years old. Swear. Promise.
Marketing Choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us at [privacy@ridevenna.com]. This will not stop transaction, account, reservation, or other essential service communications. If you choose to unsubscribe, you’re always welcome back. You’ll miss us. We know it.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing.
To submit a request, email [privacy@ridevenna.com] with the subject line “Privacy Request” or use [link to webform]. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
California Notice
During the preceding 12 months, Venna may have collected identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; approximate geolocation data; and inferences drawn from that information. We collect it from you, automatically from your device or browser, and from service providers and business partners.
Venna does not knowingly sell personal information. If advertising or analytics technologies are considered “sharing” under California law, we will provide a clear “Your Privacy Choices” link or equivalent opt-out mechanism and honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [privacy@vennamotorcycles.com].
International Visitors
Venna is based in the United States. Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We like to make friends all over the world.
